Sunundalu
Ingredients
coconut
whole urad dal
honey

raisins

barley grains

wheat grains

brown rice grains

cardamom


Procedure

Roast the urad dals and pour into a bowl. Then roast all the grains together. Grind the urad dal in a mixy to a fine powder. Grind the grains to a fine powder also. Grind the raisins until slightly pasty. Roast the fresh coconut. Crush the cardomom seeds. Mix everything in a large bowl. Add honey until it becomes sticky, and then form small laddoos or balls.
